Non-destructive examination
To verify the quality and compliance of castings and assemblies with technical specifications and standards, different methods of non-destructive tests are performed.
Methods used for casting examinations:
- Magnetic particle examination
- Ultrasound examination
- Dye penetrant examination
- Radiographic control – collaboration with sub suppliers – thickness up to 300mm (gamma - y and x rays)
Inspection is carried out in accordance with international standards or according to special technical specifications given by customers.
Inspection is performed by qualified inspectors, certified according to EN473 and SNZ-TC-1A (CP- 189).
