Casting manufacturing
In modern equipped foundry, we produce high quality individual steel and iron castings in weights from 0.10 to 60 T. The foundry operation is based on resin bonded sand mixtures, prepared in continuous mixes.
The steel is melted in electric arc and induction furnaces and further refined in AOD – Argon Oxygen Decarburization – vessel.
Own development team of engineers assures constant transfer of technological novelties in field of metallurgy and foundry to production and actively collaborates in research of existing and new materials with universities and research institutes.
Application of modern methods for simulation of casting processes (Magma and RWP WinCast) additionally improved and increased reliability of casting manufacturing.
